I'll consider using it when it doesn't need to bump me out to the web to access features that should be in the desktop client eg: Todo's, Notes, Moca. I open the Mac client now and again just to see what is new.

I have to use Parallels to run the Windows version occasionally when I need to do things the web version can't (eg: bulk email and contact admin). The outlook Mac client has been going through some major growing pains in the past year or so, the 'new' version looks pretty but it is missing so much functionality that its not much good for users who rely on deeper integrations and the features present in the 'old' version (which is where the real value lies).
